I try to optimize the IT service area a little more every day and to automate processes.

The family environment, which I have appreciated since my first day, has remained the same and will hopefully not change in a negative sense.

WHAT THREE THINGS DO YOU PARTICULARLY APPRECIATE ABOUT YOUR TEAM?
The generous willingness to help, which is indispensable if you want to work at the IT service desk, and the cohesion within the entire Group IT

WHAT WAS YOUR FIRST DAY OF WORK AT ZIEGERT GROUP LIKE?
It was very welcoming, with lots of onboarding and appointments to get to know each other.

HOW WERE YOU ABLE TO DEVELOP PROFESSIONALLY DURING YOUR TIME AT ZIEGERT GROUP?
We have developed important digital skills in the team in a relatively short time and will continue to do so. I, for example, have learned a lot in the area of automation.

 

WHAT HAVE YOU BEEN ABLE TO POSITIVELY INFLUENCE AT ZIEGERT GROUP SINCE YOU JOINED?
One milestone was the digitalization of our development project controlling with Alasco.

Professionalism, a certain amount of freedom to explore new topics, and the necessary relaxedness and fun in the team.

An open and professional corporate culture where I am challenged and encouraged, which has been confirmed throughout.

On the one hand, I ensure payment transactions and, on the other hand, I look for opportunities to acquire liquidity for the company.

 

WHAT EFFECT HAVE CHALLENGES AT ZIEGERT GROUP HAD ON YOU?
Not only have I been able to develop professionally, but I have also been able to get to know many different personalities.

WHAT THREE THINGS ARE PARTICULARLY IMPORTANT TO YOU IN YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WORK?
Above all, working together. But also tackling new challenges every day and getting an overview of the company.

WHAT DO YOU PARTICULARLY LIKE ABOUT OUR HEADQUARTERS?
The central and historic location. Not to mention the large selection of lunch spots and the opportunity to enjoy a little downtime on our roof terrace.

WHAT WAS YOUR FIRST IMPRESSION OF ZIEGERT GROUP AND HOW DOES IT CORRESPOND TO YOUR CURRENT IMPRESSION?
I had the feeling that the company was very conservative, characterized by steep hierarchies and not very flexible for changes. However, I was completely proven wrong on all points.

 

WHAT THREE THINGS DO YOU PARTICULARLY APPRECIATE ABOUT YOUR TEAM?
The certainty of being able to rely on each other at all times, the creativity in finding solutions and the special sense of humor in the team.

WHAT POSITIVE INFLUENCE HAVE YOU BEEN ABLE TO HAVE AT ZIEGERT GROUP SINCE YOU JOINED?
I was able to help replace outdated approaches and technologies with modern methods and technological trends.

What did you do before you joined the Ziegert Group?
I worked as a consultant for change and project management as well as a key account manager in the IT and automotive industries. Later, I started my own business as a career coach and lecturer.

What have you been able to positively influence at the Ziegert Group since you joined?
The development of the Chinese team for the development of our international business. Also, the promotion of synergy effects across departments and teams.

 

What do you appreciate most about your team?
The doer mentality: when it comes to the daily challenges in sales, they don’t argue around for too long, but find solutions and implement them independently.

What career advice would you give your 18-year-old self?
The most important qualities for a fulfilling career lie within yourself: Always be curious and courageous to stand up for your interests and go your own way.
